As feições foram atualizadas a partir do aerolevantamento realizado em 2023, garantindo maior precisão na representação cartográfica. A geometria das linhas segue o traçado do talvegue principal de cada curso d’água, permitindo a análise detalhada da hidrografia local. Os cursos foram categorizados conforme classificação de Strahler, atribuindo um valor para cada curso, dependendo da quantidade de afluentes que ele recebe. Os cursos também foram categorizados levando em consideração sua temporalidade, desta forma, os cursos estão classificados em Perenes e Efêmeros.
